Mother Nature is full of secrets. When you take the time to hear those secrets you will connect to her wisdom and open yourself to her gifts for healing. She is a healer, and she has a beautiful and profound power to heal us, connect us, and support us.
Join Kim Corrigan, facilitator and mentor, for this 3-hour immersive workshop where you will discover unique and powerful ways to calm your mind, heal your body and support a slow, simple and mindful life.
During our time together we will discover the role nature plays in supporting our healing, gain an understanding of circadian rhythm and the power of light, learn why placing our bare feet on the earth has amazing benefits and connect to the earth through meditation and breathwork. We will finish our time together with a guided and fully supported cold plunge (this is optional, and highly recommend).
Please bring with you:
:: water bottle, and if you like, a warm drink
:: a blanket and yoga mat
:: clothes to cold plunge in (this can be shorts and t-shirt, swimsuit, whatever you are comfortable in)
:: comfortable hiking shoes
:: journal and pen
:: anything else you need for comfort
Our time together will flow with discussion, meditation, hiking and breathwork, finishing with a cold plunge (always optional, and highly recommended)
